Our Story

NQR stands for 'Not Quite Right' — a family saying from when my dad served in the Navy, used whenever we spotted something wonderfully unique or beautifully imperfect.

Today, NQR Candles is my creative outlet and labor of love. Born from a Christmas gift and fueled by thrift store finds, each candle is hand-poured into repurposed containers with passion, purpose, and a little artistic flair. Too pretty to burn — but always a great conversation starter.
